More Nintendo stuff? I don't know why; I haven't even touched a Nintendo console in some time, and a lot of their newer stuff doesn't even interest me anymore. Oh, well.

I've actually attempted to draw Krystal in the past, but none of the drawings ever came out very good. This is the most decent one I've drawn, and it looks good enough to upload.

I was almost not going to upload the drawing (I finished it last week), since I drew the character from memory. After drawing her, I then looked at a few thumbnails on Google Images, said "eh, good enough" and uploaded it.

To be honest, my feelings of Krystal are love-hate; she has little depth to her and is little than a female love interest for Fox and as such can be boring. But that's what I like about her, too - she's an almost blank slate and has a lot of space to build upon and as such can be made into a genuine, likeable character. Pity Nintendo can't be assed to fill in the blanks.

I think I made the breasts too large, and the head looks a little big, too... but most of the characters from Star Fox Adventures did have pretty large heads... meh, what do you all think?

wel i think she could use that staff 4 all kinds of cool things--like massages or turning the room in2 a mini studio 54

All the Starfox characters are four heads tall, but it just seems to look more natural to have them taller.

If I were to nitpick, I'd say that the rest of her torso should have the white stomach color (in some pictures it's a little hard to see, but it's there), and the loincloth is rather small (not necessarily inaccurate, but I personally like long loincloths). The swirly-shoulder plate is interesting and the hair is nice, but the eye seems quite large. The background looks really nice.

Reminds me that I have one or two Krystal pictures I mean to do myself.

Looks pretty nice to me I say. The staff looks good and so does the background.

Krystal looks good as well, but the left shoulder plate (the right one in the pic) looks a bit off.

I think Krystal has a lot of potential as a character and definitely brings something new to the franchise. I would love it if they would go more into what happened at Cerinia. I still think the SF series has a lot of story potential. Nintendo just needs to make another game first.
